Event Staff Magic NYC is the tri-state premiere event staffing agency. Serving New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. For the discerning customer when only the best will do.

 

How Does Your Service Work?

  • Very simple! You provide the event details & amount of staff, and we supply the staff.

 

How Do I Hire/Book An Event?

  • Please call us at 341-531-9279, ask for ext. ESM.

 

Am I Required To Book A Certain Number Of Staff?

  • No. We can provide 1, to upwards of 250+ staff team members.

 

What Are Your Rates?

  • Our rates depend on the type of event and staff required. Rates vary with location, taxes, travel, etc. 

 

What Are Your Minimum Amount Of Hours?

  • Weekdays - 4 hours
  • Weekends - 5 hours

 

What Are Acceptable Staff Gratuities?

Tips are much appreciated. It has become usual & customary. Please let us know at time of your booking.

Client has a choice:

  • Paid directly to each staff at end of event
  • Or can be added to final bill

 

Staff Travel Expenses, Parking & Toll Fee:

  • Applicable in certain areas and will be applied to bill.

 

What Are Captains & On-Site Managers?

  • They manage the staff and give them directions allowing you to host and enjoy your event.
  • We recommend them for large functions. 

 

What About Backup Staff?

  • "Backup Staff" is recommended in the event of an unforeseen circumstances, traffic snafu, clients understaffing, etc.
  • If backup staff is ordered and not utilized then a 2 hour fee is charged for each person ordered. 

 

What Is The Staff Uniform?

Our standard is: 

White Bistro

  • Black dress shoes, black dress pants, black belt, "White" long sleeved collared dress shirt, and a long black tie, or black bowtie.

Black Bistro

  • Same as above, but "All Black".

Clients are welcome to supply their own t-shirts for staff to wear.

 

What Is Your Method Of Payment?

  • A deposit of $100 (non-refundable) is due upon booking via credit card and the final balance will be invoiced to be paid upon receipt via check only.
  • We pay our staff weekly.

What Is Your Rain Date Policy?

Rain dates honored in most cases, but subject to availability.

 

Services We Do Not Provide:

  • Cooks
  • Event Planning (We staff only)
  • Alcohol (Client must provide)
  • Tents, Chairs, Silverware Rentals
